Submitting an application does not guarantee membership, access to any particular release, bottle allocation, or the ability to purchase a product. Membership is subject to approval by Rarest Pour and may be suspended, limited, or terminated at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

You authorize Rarest Pour to collect, store, and use information you provide through your application, membership account, purchases, waitlists, communications, and use of RarestPour.com.

Rarest Pour specializes in limited-production and limited-allocation products. Membership does not guarantee availability of any product. Releases may sell out, quantities may be restricted, and purchase limits may apply.
All alcohol purchases, payments, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and age verification are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and any additional terms presented at checkout.
9. Updates
Rarest Pour may update these Membership Application Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated or posted as required by applicable law.
